High-End Real Estate

These two high-end real estate briefs, from two prestigious brands - Godrej and Lodha, were very similar but from different cities. Lodha was offering a property on Peddar Road, where each unit cost 33Cr, in the same price range Godrej launched Connaught One, in the heart of New Delhi for 32Cr each unit. Both had state-of-the art services, like a 24 hours Concierge, pre-heated pools, designer decor, smart pre-installed appliances and more.

Luxury, I believe cannot be loud. I am a strong believer of the Maslow's Hierarchy of needs when I create visuals for brands. These 

The crux of the brief was to speak to an audience that possibly owns every luxury brand in the world. My experience with EDC came in very handy, while ideating and executing these briefs.

Godrej Connaught One

This brief was very close to home for me. I played on the prestige, and aura of the high-profile location, basically being a 5 minutes drive from the President's home. The idea of inner and outer circle, was explored in graphic language.
